EEC starts operation as a contractor and

supplier to Bangladesh government under

a different management.

1995

PUL Kuwait

PUL starts operation in Kuwait

for Ministry of Electricity &

Water, State of Kuwait

1998

Acquisition of EEC

PUL Group acquires EEC from their

previous management and starts

operating under the group

1998

PUL USA

PUL starts it’s operation in California,

USA under the registered name ‘PSI

Distribution’. This operation was later

sold out in 2007
